Step 2 CK assesses the application of clinical knowledge to patient care. A useful preparation session asks more than what you remember: it asks how you connect the presentation, the question being asked and the decision supported by the information.

- Explain the distinction between plausible choices.
01 / TARGET
Competing choices
During review, pay attention to the choices that almost persuaded you. Record what would have made that option appropriate and which detail changed the decision here. This creates a more useful reference than copying a long explanation into your notes.
02 / REVIEW
Review the pattern
Use released performance by subject and system to identify areas worth revisiting. Check the number of questions behind each percentage. Discuss recurring uncertainty with your tutor, then build a targeted session with a clear reason for its focus.
03 / FOLLOW THROUGH
Give your progress a history.
Your dashboard keeps submitted attempts, released results, assignments and published reports together. A pending submission is visible as a record, while its score remains private until administrative review. Once released, return to the permitted question review and compare the performance breakdown with your previous work.
