NEED AN ACCOUNT-SPECIFIC ANSWER?
Tell us which part needs a hand.
Use the contact form with your account email, examination and the assessment title where relevant. Do not include your password.
Getting started
Which Step should I explore?
Start with the examination you are preparing for: Step 1, Step 2 CK or Step 3. The USMLE preparation page explains the focus of each. Confirm official eligibility and scheduling with USMLE, and contact ABC-123 if you need to discuss your preparation.
What happens after I register?
Your account is created with an Awaiting approval status. Administration reviews the registration, approves the account and grants the appropriate Step or mock examination access. You can sign in while waiting, but examination access is not available until approval.
Can I purchase access on the website?
This program uses manual enrolment and access approval. Contact ABC-123 for current fees, arrangements and available preparation material. There is no online payment checkout.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Use Password Recovery on the login page. WordPress sends a reset link to the email associated with your account. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact ABC-123 for assistance.
Practice & examinations
How do I create a practice session?
After your Step access is approved, open the practice builder in your dashboard. Choose the available classifications, question pool and question count. Broaden your selection if the bank does not contain enough matching questions.
Are a flag and a bookmark the same?
A flag helps you return to a question in the active attempt. A bookmark remains in your personal question history and can be used for a future marked-question session. Notes also stay with your question history.
Does leaving the examination pause its timer?
No. Deadlines are maintained by the server. Save answers as you go and watch the save status. Connection interruptions do not pause a block, and a closed or expired block cannot be reopened to change its answers.
When can I see my result and explanations?
Submission creates a Pending Review record. Administration must release the result before you can see its score. Question review and explanations depend on the permissions set for that attempt, so a released result does not always include full answer review.
Support & reports
What can my tutor see?
An assigned tutor can review the students linked to that tutor, their submitted work and the analytics available to staff. Tutors can assign practice and draft reports. Administration controls result and report publication.
Where do I find my report?
Published reports appear in your student dashboard. You can read them, print them to PDF using your browser and download a DOCX copy. A draft is available only to eligible staff until it is released.
Is my platform result an official score prediction?
No. Percentages describe your scored ABC-123 assessments. Tutor-authored interpretation can place those results in context, but the platform does not calculate an official USMLE score prediction or guarantee an outcome.
How do I request a correction to my account information?
Contact ABC-123 using the email associated with your account and describe what needs to change. Staff will review the request. For a question about an assessment or report, include its title and submission date.
Still something on your mind?
Send ABC-123 a specific question about your account, preparation or available support.
